Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran straight down Euclid towards downtown, out for about 30 minutes. Pretty warm at first but the sun went away soon after I headed out so with the breeze, it became pleasantly nice.

Encountered two younger children an a man I assume was their father along the way. The man was rapping rather loudly regarding drugs as he led along the two young people. I found that to be a rather poor parenting decision.

Made it back. Did some strides. Stretch. Abs & Push-Ups.
