Comments:
Hours of extended family, guitar and Latin all delayed running today and I didn't get out until 10:00pm. I did a 1-2-3-4-3-2-1 minute ladder around the same loop five and a half times with arbitrary cooldowns between two and five minutes. Pickups were probably faster than last Monday but maybe, at least on the longer pickups, a tad slower than the last tempo run. They were still quality and the interim running never turned into a total recovery jog, though it had undoubtedly slowed by the end. I experienced some heartburn from a notable amount of less-than-healthy food in the past two days, which might be difficult to avoid for the rest of the week. 2:15 planks, 20 leg lifts, 20 clams per side. Distance according to gmap which seems accurate this time!
