Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Quick run when I got home to get the legs moving. I was super hungry at the end of the day, but I wanted to run. I was sore from the game last night all day, didnt feel it all that much when running. I went slow though nice and easy pace. It was sunny and hot out.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched a bit in the grass. It was nice and cool under the shade, very pleasant to sit there. Legs still awfully sore after the run. Dont feel all that strong. With this low mileage, I am in a state where I can run, but I am not getting into great running shape, so its tough to achieve long mileage... Not like the good old days where I was just ripping off 8 milers all the time... ahh nostalgia. To feel stronger its important to get into the gym, which I will when the semester starts.
