Weather: inside cause of storm
Comments:
Ran a mile warm-up and stretched. Then I ran a mile at about 6:40. Then I rested 5 minutes and ran another in 6:00. Then I ran a mile cooldown, and then I benched and finally ran some strides all on the treadmill.
