Comments:
3 30 minut segments . settings from 3.5 to 4.0 on warm up and cool down, and 3.8 to 4.2 on the fast middle segment. Core weight exercises were between each segment. No knee pain, but burning foot pain after the first hour. No hip discomfort (reattached glute), although tenderness later. Doctor's scale 163.5#
