Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Pretty good day of work, then I hopped on the treadmill to watch myself for a mile (and record), then I went outside.
Pawback is looking pretty good: R foot is directly beneath me, and my L one is about 80%...but is easy to over-stride at high speeds.
Ran easy outside, feeling pretty tired. Lifted weights at lunch. Did x5 75mi strides afterward.
Finished another gait analysis last night, which is nice. :-)
