Comments:
Ran down to the track for some fun 400s. Wasn't sure what pace to target, figured I'd do 4 with full recovery. I was hoping I could do around 70 per and targeted 75 as my conservative minimum.

71.4, 71.7, 68.1, 69.3. Average of 70.14 per which was pretty decent. My hamstrings and back felt kind of tired but I guess that's to be expected- haven't done anything remotely quick in a while.
