Lafayette reservoir.

August 5, 2014 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Chasing little kids all day it was tiring. Got some good views of Oakland and Berkeley though on top of the hills. In the afternoon before going back into Oakland for dinner we went for a run at the Lafayette reservoir. It's a loop around the lake perfect for walking and running. It is paved but still pretty decent. It's was actually pretty hilly! Reminded me of some of the old school high school XC courses. I took one of the side trails, which ended up being straight up hill. That hill messed me up so much. I was exhausted at the top. I went pretty slowly around the rest of the loop. Very nice little park though. It was a perfect length loop. Also there were lots of people out in the nice day.

Essentials: stretch

Stretched at the car. Legs feeling much better after the run. Nice exercise today.
