Beforehand, I was tired and unmotivating and almost didn't go. However, this was a good way to reintroduce workouts (my first one since the Tely; only 9 days ago but feels like an eternity). Felt great running in a pack. I took the first few conservatively and the last one I let loose on.

I probably did the least ammount of work of all the runners there.
