Baldy repeats x2

Weather: nearly 90, HOT!!

Good day at work: THREE openings! :-)

Lifted at lunch, a core of 3 exercises:
- Deadlift (45->90lb only)
- Leg lifts (seated - ab work)
- Bicep curl "in the hinge"

After work, I drove to the Baldy TH. Thought about doing 3 repeats, but did only two. Felt good, with climbs of 10:30 (PR), 10:40 and descents of 8:08 and 7:58 (PR).

Splits:
10:32 (157), 8:08 (136)
10:40 (165), 7:58 (144)

Had some gut rot and really had to deuce, so I walked the final half-mile to the truck. Gotta love tapers!

Post-work: went to Mike's to talk about Waldo strategy. Really excited for him - it's been a hell of a 9-months since we started working together!
