Comments:
I got a better sense of the town and ran more hills than yesterday thought obviously at a much slower pace. I felt frustration begin to cling me, but I remembered where I was and admired the winding, narrow streets and the Italian Alps. 2:15 planks, leg lifts and 20 clams. I did experience some shin pain again, but it went away later. I attribute it to flip-flops and a lack of ice.
