ksuz,brianne,jaco..started at YCP went through back of park to reid rd. to lane rd. to 142 to south hampton to jones rd. to 144 and to the park.. pretty aggressive run for me..2x300 minute challenges done at 6:30 pace.. i needed to be pushed like this for a change... i was very tired afterwards... great run...
