Comments:
First day in the new shoes felt pretty good. My knee was bothering me a little in the warm-up but it went away. I ran the YMCA route with the black trail added on to the end. At about the end of what I estimated to be every mile, I would run around 150-250 meters significantly faster than the rest of the time. It didn't feel bad at all except when I was going down Sayles I cramped a bit but it went away on Cleveland.
