Exercise Type: Bike
Comments:
My leg is now feeling better, i feel like i have he energy to jump but, I still feel a small distant pain in the same spot so it's best not to aggravate it because im waiting so long for this to be over. I took a bike ride today and it felt great, this is really bringing my hopes up for cross country. Stil no running though because I'm afraid I'm not fully recovered yet.
