Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
During the past week, my leg has now been bearable. I no longer have to limp around and my knee doesn't give out.I took a bike ride today just accustome my leg to moving again. I wieghed my self and I had gained 10 pounds more than when I was running, I don't know if I can get in shape for cross country this year. The bike ride was very slow and smooth.
