20 miles on the katy

greg rode 2.0 miles on the bike. his knee popped and he went back home. i had a bottle of water at the first wooden bridge. then ran with one more bottle plus my 40 oz belt. the sun was fully shinning when i started at 9 am, but also by the time i got to greens bottom road.... low humidity though. bigh go to 85 to 86. that stretch of greens bottom is not shaded.
