Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good day at work, then I had to go home and get my stuff before running. Ran two miles and some strides outside, then hopped on the mill.
2x mile at 12mph today. Felt GOOD. It was shocking: the HR literally did not go over 162 on the first one (average mid-high 150s?) and 165 (avg 160?) on the second one. WOW. Very cool.
