Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went completely barefoot running in the grass alongside the path at Poquonnock Plains. It was a lot of fun, but the brief periods spent on the path proved I'm not quite ready for barefoot pavement running yet.
Warmed up for 1/2 mile and then stretched.
Last 1/2 mile was a slightly faster pace.
