Exercise Type: Walk
Comments:
Three half hour sessions walk, then run and walk, and a third run and walk. No knee discomfort, but tenderness in the rt hip. Weight machines before and between the sessions. No foot burn during the sessions, but noticeable later
Set one walk - 3.5 to 4.2 setting
Set two - Walk 5 , run 20 walk 5.
Set Three - Walk 5, run 7, walk 5, Run 8, walk 5
