Weather: Sunny- 70 degrees
Comments:
Today was a good run, around 7:10 pace. Started off with trails then on to roads...the usual. Felt good, legs are good, rope stretch before the run like always. Dynamic flexibility, continous motion before the run and static stretching after. Calf raises and dorsi flex exercises. Hydration was key so I got that in like normal (half a gallon of water a day). Last week was almost 30 miles, this week 35-40.
Don't bother just to be better than your contemporaries or predecessors.
Try to be better than yourself.
