Weather: Hot, about 78 degrees
Comments:
Conditions were mildly humid. Did 3 one-mile repeats on pennsylvania street. First was north (a bit uphill) and time was 5:38. Second was south (downhill and then hard uphill) and time was 5:59. Third was again back north from about 75th (hard slope down and then long hill up) and time was 6:32. Took about a 4 minute walking break between each. Distance around 3.4 miles. Conditioning run.
