I had a fantastic workout with the Pamunkeys plus Berenson. We did a long .75 mile incline on Stage road (4:13), two steeper hills and their crests until we reached the orange cone, (1:37, 1:29), ran back to camp, then did three runs of the rowboat landing which were about a quarter-mile each. We ran it TOGETHER, truly.
