Weather: cool, cloudy, wet

Comments:
We warmed-up and stretched. Then we did a hardcore speed workout. We did a 200, took a 2 minute break, then did another 200, took a 2 minute break, then did a 400. We did that cycle 4 times with a 6 minute break in between. It was wicked tiring. I didn't feel hurt or anything, just exhausted. Completely exhausted. After that Dakota and I cooled down on the track very slowly. My 400 times were 68, 66, 71, and 69.
