Comments:
First proper workout of the year. Ever since camp, for some reason, I felt like I wasn't in as good of shape this year as I was last year. Turns out I'm kind of an idiot. This workout last year was a good minute slower than this. And my heartrate isn't much different, 180 last year vs 184 this year. It did feel tough today, but I think that's more a consequence of the heat as anything else. Also big shoutout to Ryan for hanging back with me after falling off a bit. I'm not sure what my splits were after mile 2, but the first two were just under 6, so slowing down definitely happened. Finished up the workout with strides/strength/essentials/ice bath.

And Bon Appetit will pay for this injustice.
