Weather: humid yet cool
Comments:
after the warmup and some light stretching (2 minutes max) got started as soon as possible. 800 splits were: 2:38, 2:36, 2:37, 2:37, 2:36, 2:35, 2:36, 2:35, 2:36, 2:35. The entire run was great. I felt awesome and very confident. These two girls walked by the track during my workout so that was another reason to run fast. The average pace was 5:11 and I could've definitely pushed it if I had wanted to. This was the most controlled I've felt in a while.
