Regrettably missing some pre-season on college visits. This run was reluctantly steady, for with the rolling hills I wanted to go ahead and make today the tempo; but knowing that I would have more time to run (and recover) tomorrow, I resisted. Even so, I ran the hills with honesty and enjoyment. After a full stretch and dinner I did 2:15 planks, leg lifts, clams and two minute flutter kicks.
