Weather: ~75 degrees, Hot

Comments:
Hill day today. Classic hill loop at the meadow, coach told me to do 5, so that's how many I did. For some reason on the workout sheet each loop was 1 mile, but they were way shorter than that. To make up for that, I just took a long cooldown. Worth mentioning that this was an early workout, since I have an evening class on Wednesday. So I took young Marc with me and showed him the loop. Saving the lift for tomorrow, did essentials though.
