Weather: hot, sunny

Comments:
First we warmed-up and stretched. It was Bence's first practice. After that Dakota and I did the first mile of the course 3 times (twice backward) to get some hill work in. Then we went from the start line to the trail up to the black path and then back to Seneca St. to get an extra half mile in. I felt pretty good during it and we went at a decent pace. After that we did 8 minutes of abs and then some strides in the front school lawn.
