Weather: cloudy, not bad out at all

Comments:
We warmed-up by running the middle mile of the course and then stretched a little bit. Then Elijah and I did the 2-1-1-.5-.5-.5 run thing on the track two times. I felt pretty good and got maybe slightly farther than last time. Then we ran the black trail nice and easy together for a cool down.
