Exercise Type: Run

Weather: humid, sunny, warm

Comments:
We ran a mile warm-up and then complained enough so we didn't have to do 1600s. Instead we ran to Noyes Park and ran around the bases. Which if you count the bases, is a 3 mile run! Plus 3 miles back. After that we went to the wight room and lifted a tiny bit and then biked. I felt alright in the run and we went pretty easy.
