Again tired at the end of the day. Lots going on at least I got outside. BTW the new campus center looks so cool! Its so different I didnt even recognize or realize I was in the campus center. Anyways I really needed a run, so I headed out as soon as I got home. Started out pretty quick actually, felt good, then settled into an easy pace. The section of the trail betweem Mill st and Amherst College is now under construction, so there werent that many people on the path. I just got on, settled into a pace and cruized along. Real relaxing. My stomach started to feel uneasy on the way back. I struggled up the hill and had to go to the bathroom right when I got back. Otherwise, legs felt good today.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch outside. It wasnt as humid today, but still kinda nasty out. Hopefully they dont close that section of the path soon. Actually it would be nice to have a smoother surface...
