Weather: Really hot, humid

Comments:
We warmed-up and stretched. Right from the beginning I didn't feel that great. My calves were extremely tight and my body was just tired in general. Elijah and I ran YMCA run with a black trail injection together and then did the black path for a cooldown. Then we went a lifted a tiny bit and then biked. We went pretty slow and felt exhausted.
