Back Squat: 8x115WU, 5x165, 5x175, 5x185, 5x195, 5x175, 5x175
Stiff Legged Deadlift: 8x155 WU, 5x165, 5x185, 5x205, 5x215
TBar Rows: Kept upping the weight to find something appropriate for 5-rep sets. Pretty sure 120 or so is about right.
