Comments:
Headed to Northside for the long sprint workout: 2x600 @70% effort with 400m walk recovery, 2x500m @75% effort with 300m walk recovery. Felt pretty good given a general lack of sleep and being sore from the lifts.
A lot of walking on the cooldown.
