Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
just ran around the fields at penncrest for 32 min. to call it 4 miles. felt great, it's so nice to be out running again. i think this is the longest time i've taken off for 3 years or so. my body feels totally recovered. no foot pain at all. i'll bike and run both tomorrow probably. tentative on the core stuff right now because of the intensity with the stitches still in my gums right now. that's also why i ran pretty slow.
