Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long sprint workout. Lots of low swing stuff on the warmup- I need to do that on my own to strengthen my hip flexors. Then what should have been 10x30m accels but I could only manage 4 of them before it felt like continuing would mean an injury.

4x300, 6:00 rest (48.2, 46.7, 48.4, 49.1) Felt pretty decent on these, hips aside.

2x150: DNF. Felt like I almost pulled my lower abs which was not a pleasant feeling although I think it was less severe than that now.
