Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
First time running at North Chagrin Reservation in a long time. I went with a group including my high school coach and a few teammates along with a few people I didn't know. It was nice to get out on the trails. I tried out my new shoes but forgot to put my old orthotics in. My feet didn't feel great at the end, but most of the run felt pretty good. It felt slow and relaxed and really soft on the muddy trails.
