Weather: cool in parts, warm in others
Comments:
w/ Tim & Mark @ South Chagrin's bridle trails. felt as good as can be expected after yesterday. good estimate on distance/pace.
may start alternating a 15-17 mile long run one Sunday w/ a 12-13er the following Sunday. I doubt that 8kilometers needs close to a 2 hour effort every weekend. this plan would fit in nicely with our racing schedule considering we race every other weekend. Or maybe I'm just being a pansy.
