Comments:
After practice with M.I. and Sahil. We had the whole weight room to ourselves
15 bench presses with 50 pounds
30 lunges with pounds in each hand
4 pull ups
15 burpees with 2, 20 pound weights
1:30 arm pumping with a 3 pound weight in each hand
20 backwards stationery lunges with bar
15 leg lifts while holding myself up with my back against that contraption in the corner of the room.
