Weather: chilly, sunny, breezy
Comments:
Came to practice from Perrone's house so I was pretty tired and full of junkfood. I still ran though by myself to VVS high school without warming-up. Then I decided to run the course there and do a mile cooldown on the track instead of running back. Then coach gave me a ride back to the school. I felt alright, just kinda soar and tired.
