Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Lazy today, didnt really plan on when to run. Just decided to get out there and do a little shakeout after doing some chores and taking a nap on the couch. Ran slow and easy today. Up to the track, 1 mile on the track to stay on a nice and even surface. Cut through the quad around the tennis courts then came back on the Rail Trail. Felt ok today, legs a little heavy, not as fast as yesterday. Weather was real real nice though. Oh man I missed fall so much, but this summer wasnt that hot so its hard to tell that we are transitioning now.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a short and easy stretch in the living room watching TV. Legs feel ok. Stomach was kinda bothering me today but I worked through it. Felt bad for anyone behind me though. Decent week of mileage. I still cant believe how standard it was to fit in twice this much in a week.
