Since my Achilles was still bothering me, I checked in with Coach on what to do. So I cross-trained today. 40 min of rowing, 30 min of swimming. Pretty dull, but it was different stuff, and didn't hurt anything. Except for my hands. Got pretty blistered up on the rowing machine.
