Three pull-ups
10 weight leg pulls per leg
20 stationary lunges, forwards and backwards with the bar
15 pushups with a 20 pound weight in each hand
20 squats with 20 pounds in each hand
7 bench presses with 50 pounds--for some reason it was a lot more difficult. I think because I didn't use the racked bar.
