2x600m @ 70%, 2x400m @ 80%, 2x200m @ 85%

600s by myself then the rest with Perry.

Splits: 2:00, 1:57, 71, 72, 30, 31

Abs felt completely normal which was great.

Lift:
DB Press: 8x60, 5x80 (felt pretty easy), 2x85 but needed help on the up.
