Weather: sunny, cool, breezy

Comments:
We warmed-up and stretched and then we did a pacing workout. I was supposed to run 3 6:20 miles with 1 minute breaks inbetween. I still had a lot of energy though so I kicked it on the last one. I felt pretty good but I was still kinda soar from lifting yesterday. Afterward, I cooled down with Dakota and then biked.
