Weather: sunny, warm

Comments:
We warmed-up on the trail and had our talk. Then I stretched a little. Then I ran the first mile of the course, backward and forward and continued to the black path, went all the way to Sayles, went back down the little trail to the course, but the gate was locked so I ran around the fence, onto the track and finished up by running some on there.
