Comments:
We had a lovely track session at AU--descending ladder with a lap recovery between everything except 200m of recovery after the 400m. I finally understood today what it means to relax when you're running; it was HARD, but I could actually untense myself, even in the 400. I have trying to find something to be unhappy about, but can't. I would've been fine running a 63 during a workout last spring, so running it now must indicate some improvement. It was nice working together with Aidan a little bit during the 1200m and Zeke in the 4. I am unsure about some splits, but was nearly even the entire time. Back at school, 1:30 planks, leg lifts, 1-minute six inches, flutters and scissors, 2x20 pushups with M.I.
