Comments:
With Coach, Zeke, Tristan, Shelton, Slater, Kravitz, Todd, M.I. and Gottdenker--we did most of the Satellite loop and then took Soapstone to the hill of death to Connecticut to Van Ness to Wisconsin to school. My calves were sore, but breathing was fine and I certainly could have gone faster. At the beginning of practice I did 1:30 planks, leg lifts (which amazingly felt easy today!), 25 clams per side, 3x25 pushups.
