I've never seen Anthony so angry. For freshmen reading this, know that he's a chill coach 99% of the time. He was so disappointed in my performance on the 12-mile tempo that he told me only to log the cooldown, which I did with him, Kravitz, Sahil, Justine and DARREN who stopped by. 1:30 planks, leg lifts.
