Comments:
Early workout again. Apparently coach locked herself in an RV, so I wasn't able to ask her what I should do. Anna told me it was a blind fartlek, so I kind of improvised and invented a distance/intervals. Decided on a mini pyramid, 3x:30, 3x:45, 3x1:00, 1:30, and the same back down. I didn't feel like my legs were actually going until like a third of the way through, but after that, much better. It wasn't super intense, keeping All-Ohio in mind, but it felt like it should.
